Shipping & Returns


Shipping Rates


We offer a flat rate of $4.95 per order. This offer applies to domestic shipments to the United States, Puerto Rico, U.S. protectorates and military (APO/FPO) addresses. This low rate applies to USPS or UPS ground service only. The flat rate will apply to each additional address on multiple address orders.

2-day Express delivery service is available. These rates will be determined by weight and distance of your shipment.

Decals and small envelopes will have a $1.00 fee and will ship USPS parcel post


Shipping Times


All orders will require a processing time of 1 to 3 days. We ship Monday through Friday (except holidays). Shipping methods will be determined based on package weight and destination. Orders shipped via USPS or UPS ground service will arrive within 3 to 10 business days from receipt of the order. Faster 2-day and express shipping is available with pricing according to weight and destination.

Back orders and special orders typically take 5 to 14 days to arrive at our warehouse, and subsequently will ship 1 to 3 days (processing time) after we receive the order.

Average delivery time to military (APO/FPO) addresses can take 18 to 45 days.

P.O. Box deliveries will ship USPS.

Tracking Information:

Tracking information is available on 2-day and express delivery options. Tracking may not be available with other shipping options. You will receive an email with tracking information upon shipment, where available.


Our Returns Policy


If you don't like it and don't want it, don't worry! Send it back within 30 days of receiving your order. Items returned must be: new and unused with all original product packaging, literature and labels. You are responsible for the return shipping charges, unless we have shipped the incorrect item, wrong size, defective merchandise, or parts are missing, then we will pay the return postage. All returns require a RA (Return Authorization) number. All items can be returned or exchanged at our location at 88 Thompson Blvd, Ventura, Ca 93001 under these same guidelines.

Return and Exchange Instructions:

Go to www.venturasurfshop.com/returns.html and complete the online form or call our customer service representatives at (866) WAX-IT-UP. You will receive a RA number which is required for all returns and exchanges. You will then be sent an email with a printable, postage paid, shipping label. Lastly, fill out the return/exchange form on the back to us with a pre-paid label securely attached.

After our shipping department have received and restocked the returned item(s) as described in the return exchange form, your account will be handled one of three ways:

1) If you have requested a refund, it will be issued within 30 days, less the return shipping charges.

2) If you have requested an exchange, replacement item(s) you will need to include payment information to pay for shipping charges both directions (to us and back to you).

3) If there is an error in the shipment, we will pay for all shipping charges.
